i wan to jump!

i wan to buy a skipping rope! i wan to jump jump jump! not to become taller, but to exercise, to keep fit! it is cheap, it can be done at home, it can be done anytime i like :) somehow inspired by the 10pm show!

read some articles about skipping and here's wad i get.

1. Skipping rope can be beneficial in your exercise to lose weight. It is so effective in burning calories that an hour of skipping rope will make you burn up to 1000 calories.

2. It enhances your coordination and rhythm between hands and feet movements.

3. Strengthens your bones and increases your stamina and endurance.

4. It tones your muscles in arms, legs and abs.

though skipping one hr is like wanting my life, lol. but this can be improved day by day! :)
